I further represent and warrant that:

1. I understand and acknowledge that if I fail to maintain sufficient collateral when using the IMF Protocol, my position will be subject to liquidation, which may result in a total loss of my funds.
2. I understand and accept that the responsibility for managing my position rests entirely with me. I acknowledge that while the application may permit the use of high leverage, such leverage should only be employed if I have the capability and diligence to properly manage it.
3. I acknowledge and accept that the IMF application and related software are experimental in nature. I understand that the use of experimental software inherently carries risks, including but not limited to, the potential for a complete loss of my funds.
